Salut tout le monde! The rest of the Duckloe clan has arrived safe and sound in Paris, no lost baggage. Everyone's a little jetlagged, but they're getting better! Greg went for a run and enjoyed watching all the impressive cars drive past (Bentleys, Aston Martins, Ferrais, and Rolls Royce just to name a few). Mom woke up early this morning to come with me to work and to participate in the Market Class at La Cuisine. We had a small class today, and everyone in the group was really nice and very interested about French food and markets. I took pictures for the facebook page at the market and during the class. You can check out the pictures on La Cuisine Paris' facebook page
here . I think Mom had a great time! I guess I'll have to wait and see if she uses any of her new skills.

Fruit de Mer! Even some sea urchins...
Mom seasoning the roasted zucchini
The finished product! Stuffed Sardines (fresh ones, not canned ones mind you), roasted zucchini, artichoke hearts, and a salad.
Dessert: Sable cookies with orange zest and a citrus salad with almonds

Tonight we're going to the Lido, a cabaret. Because who doesn't like going to see debauchery with their entire family?
Bisous,
Allison
